Overview

- Follow company procedures and standards, ensuring any deviations are approved by higher management.
- Supervise and support the sales team, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and protocols.
- Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in tender preparation and related tasks as needed.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager by participating in staff training sessions on updates, features, and changes related to company standards or fleet additions.
- Conduct regular field visits to engage prospective clients and promote the company’s car rental services, driving sales growth.
- Track leads, follow up promptly with prospects, and work toward converting them into customers.
- Assist in maintaining organized documentation by scanning and saving essential documents, contracts, and agreements in the shared folder, ensuring compliance with company filing standards.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to the Sales & Marketing Manager to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle payment transactions and ensure that rentals are paid in full before vehicle release.
Requirements**
- Male and Arabic speaker.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience in the Car Rental, Automotive, or Vehicle Leasing industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive sales performance.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
