Sales Supervisor - Apartment Sales

As a Sales Supervisor for Apartment Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of our sales team and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will oversee daily sales operations, provide guidance and coaching to agents, and help maximize sales outcomes in a dynamic market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily activities of the apartment sales team, including lead follow-up, client inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and deal closing
- Supporting sales agents with client handling, objection management, and closing strategies
- Monitoring individual and team performance against sales targets and preparing daily and weekly sales reports for management
- Ensuring accurate CRM usage and pipeline updates
- Coordinating with marketing to assess lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Training, coaching, and guiding sales agents to enhance their skills and productivity
- Explaining apartment layouts, pricing, payment plans, project features, and unit availability to clients
- Tracking market feedback, competitor pricing, and client preferences to inform sales strategies
- Ensuring professional client communication and maintaining a strong customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on residential apartment sales
- Proven experience leading, supervising, or managing real estate sales agents
- Strong knowledge of the Riyadh residential apartment market and real estate brokerage sales
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems to track leads, pipeline, and sales activities
- Expertise in apartment sales processes, including lead follow-up, viewings, negotiations, and deal closing
- Ability to prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports and monitor team performance against targets
- Fluent Arabic for client communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sales funnel management and objection handling techniques
- Familiarity with basic market and competitor tracking
- Experience coordinating with marketing teams on lead quality and campaign performance
- Real estate brokerage license or real estate-related certification in Saudi Arabia
- Sales or customer relationship management certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp, and digital communication tools
- Valid driving license and ability to supervise sales agents in the field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours, for client viewings and deal closing
