Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist with Marketing knowledge role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Specialist will manage incoming customer inquiries, guide clients through product options, and provide detailed quotations to support conversion from inquiries to confirmed orders.
The role includes maintaining customer relationships, following up on leads, and supporting sales targets through proactive outreach and upselling where appropriate.
Day-to-day activities involve coordinating with production staff to ensure accurate order details, updating records in sales systems, and supporting inventory awareness for popular products.
The Sales Specialist will also assist with basic marketing activities, such as promoting special offers, collecting customer feedback, and supporting social media or in-store campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to convert inquiries, support sales goals, and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Knows how to work with canva.
- Basic marketing knowledge, including familiarity with social media platforms, promotions, and brand presentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility during peak seasons and weekends as needed.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems, spreadsheets, or CRM tools; experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are beneficial.
