Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Riyadh.

The Sales Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage and grow existing customer accounts, and promote the company’s product portfolio within assigned markets.

Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals.

The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular sales reports.

The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction, support after-sales service, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities, including setting priorities and meeting targets.
  • Training capabilities to support product education for customers or internal teams.
  • Previous experience in FMCG, distribution, or the F&B sector is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
