Vision Servo is hiring for a growing logistics and freight solutions company based in Riyadh, providing reliable transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and supply chain services across Saudi Arabia and international markets.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.
Position Overview
The Sales Specialist be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our logistics and transportation services.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell the company's logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and opportunities using CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking activities, and client meetings.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Valid Saudi Work Residency (Iqama).
- Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1ā3 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, courier services, or supply chain solutions.
- Strong understanding of logistics and freight operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of business contacts in Riyadh and surrounding regions.
- Experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
