Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Riyadh.
The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities in IT and QA services, focusing on mobile app solutions.
Responsibilities
include managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
The Sales Specialist will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
The role also includes preparing sales reports, forecasting revenue, and participating in presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and effective negotiation abilities.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and client retention.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing, and achieving or exceeding targets.
- Background in Sales Management or coordination, such as managing accounts, tracking performance metrics, and supporting sales processes.
- Experience in Training clients or team members on products, services, or sales processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with IT and quality assurance services, especially mobile application solutions, is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software for reporting, documentation, and communication.
