Role Description
The Sales Specialist will work on-site in Cairo, Egypt in a full-time capacity, focusing on promoting Morasalaty’s communication and chatbot solutions to potential and existing clients.
This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions that address customer needs.
The Sales Specialist will build and maintain strong client relationships, follow up on opportunities, and negotiate pricing and contract terms within established guidelines.
Daily responsibilities include updating the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, collaborating with customer service and technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer requirements.
The role also includes supporting sales reporting, participating in sales meetings and training sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals.
- Experience in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities, such as forecasting, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
- Ability to deliver Training and product explanations to clients and team members in a structured, accessible manner.
- Prior experience in SaaS, communication platforms, or technology solutions is advantageous.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software tools.
