Role Description

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for driving adoption of Maalexi’s platform among agricultural ecosystem participants, including suppliers, buyers, and financial partners.

Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

The role involves providing responsive customer service, handling inquiries and issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in Training, such as delivering product walkthroughs, user onboarding, and platform education sessions.
  • Sales Management capabilities, including forecasting, performance tracking, and contributing to sales strategy.
  • Experience in agriculture, commodities, fintech, or B2B technology platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and adapting to new tools and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for local stakeholder engagement.
  • Saudi nationals are preferred and should have Saudi driving license.
