Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jeddah, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting the agency’s digital and creative services.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to close deals.
The Sales Specialist will collaborate with account managers and the creative team to align client needs with suitable service offerings and ensure smooth handover from prospecting to project execution.
The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, forecasting revenue, and contributing to sales process improvements and occasional client training on offered solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional correspondence.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build trust, and support long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Training and Sales Management skills to help guide clients and support internal sales processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or agency services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing time and priorities between on-site and remote work.
- Strong organizational and CRM skills for tracking pipelines, reporting results, and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
