Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Jeddah.

The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and present Adonix AI’s social media, SEO, and web design solutions to prospective clients.

Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up with leads to close deals.

The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, providing high-quality customer service, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs.

The Sales Specialist will also participate in sales meetings, report on performance metrics, and stay current on industry trends and Adonix AI’s evolving service portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, handle inquiries, and support clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B or digital services environment.
  • Sales Management and Training skills to manage pipelines, forecast performance, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and website services, is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software.
