About Adaptive Choice
Adaptive Choice is a growing multidisciplinary paediatric therapy centre providing high-quality Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, ABA Therapy, and Psychology services to children and families across Dubai.
We are passionate about early intervention and delivering evidence-based care that helps children reach their full potential.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Business Development & Referral Specialist to grow our referral network and establish strong partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, nurseries, and the wider community.
About The Role
This is a field-based business development role focused on building long-term professional relationships that generate sustainable referrals to our clinic.
You will represent Adaptive Choice across Dubai, meeting with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and community organisations while identifying new opportunities to increase referrals and grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with paediatricians, developmental paediatricians, child neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, ENT specialists, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop partnerships with hospitals, medical centres, polyclinics, and specialist practices.
- Visit schools, nurseries, early learning centres, and inclusion departments to promote our therapy services.
- Arrange meetings, presentations, workshops, and educational events for healthcare professionals and educators.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across Dubai.
- Represent Adaptive Choice at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and community initiatives.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of referral partners using the company's CRM.
- Work closely with our clinical and administration teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly business development performance reports.
What We'Re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare business development, medical sales, or referral marketing within the UAE.
- Existing relationships within Dubai's healthcare or education sector will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Professional English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
Key Performance Indicators
- Build and maintain an active referral network across Dubai.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with healthcare providers and educational institutions.
- Generate qualified referrals that convert into therapy clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly business development and growth targets.
