🚀 We’re Hiring | B2B School Partnerships Director – UAE

Location: Dubai, UAE

At Otomatiks, we’re redefining how students learn Robotics, AI, Coding, and Future Skills.

After transforming the learning journey of thousands of students, we’re expanding aggressively across the UAE—and we’re looking for someone who already knows the education landscape.

This isn’t a role for a traditional salesperson.

We’re looking for someone who can open doors, build trust with school leaders, and create long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strategic partnerships with schools across the UAE.
  • Engage with Principals, School Owners, CEOs, Academic Directors, and decision-makers.
  • Present innovative STEM, Robotics, AI, and Future Skills solutions.
  • Convert meetings into long-term institutional partnerships.
  • Represent Otomatiks at education events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

✅ Has 8+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE education sector.

✅ Has an existing network with schools across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

✅ Has worked with EdTech, STEM, Robotics, Curriculum, Educational Publishing, School Solutions, or similar industries.

✅ Is confident walking into a school and speaking directly with decision-makers.

✅ Believes relationships create business.
