The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels
- Present and promote company services to prospective customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HR services sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Target-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
