Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Al Rayyan, Qatar.
The Sales Specialist will manage the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals.
Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up with potential buyers and tenants, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM or sales tools.
The role involves preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover.
The Sales Specialist will also monitor market trends, support marketing activities, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach, responsiveness, and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities, pipelines, and reporting is an advantage.
- Ability to provide or participate in Training related to sales techniques, product knowledge, or customer engagement is beneficial.
- Prior real estate experience in Qatar or the region is preferred, with familiarity with local property regulations and processes.
- Comfort using CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools to manage leads and documentation.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Qatari driving license and access to transportation are highly preferred.
