The Role

We're looking for an AI & Data Solutions Sales

Specialist

who understands what we build - and knows how to make the right people act on it.

This is a hunter role: you own the full cycle from first conversation to signed contract.

And also, has a good relationships with the market, and know how to deliver the need of Ai to the business core.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business across iDS services and products, targeting operations leaders.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline with consistent reporting to the founding team
  • Translate technical AI and data capabilities into clear business value for each client context
  • Prepare proposals and ROI narratives tailored to client pain - compliance risk, operational inefficiency, talent cost, or decision latency
  • Work closely with delivery and product teams to shape offers that are both compelling and deliverable

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in B2B tech sales - AI, data services, SaaS, or consulting
  • Experience selling services or custom engagements, not just off-the-shelf products
  • Comfortable engaging C-level and director-level stakeholders
  • Fluent Arabic and English - both matter equally here
  • Saudi market experience with an existing network is a strong advantage
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent - or a sales track record that speaks for itself
  • Comfortable in an early-stage environment: self-driven, target-oriented, no corporate scaffolding
