Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Sales Specialist will actively prospect and follow up with leads, schedule and conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.

Responsibilities include maintaining an up-to-date understanding of available properties and market trends, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating terms in line with company policies.

The role also involves building and maintaining a strong client network, providing responsive after-sales support, and updating CRM systems with accurate sales and client information.

The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, participate in sales meetings and training sessions, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide a positive client experience.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead conversion, pipeline management, and target achievement.
  • Experience in Training or coaching peers on sales techniques, product knowledge, or customer engagement is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with real estate markets, ideally within Abu Dhabi or the UAE, and the ability to learn property-related regulations and processes.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, presentation software) to track and report sales activities.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-site, including occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings or property viewings, as required.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is beneficial.
