Role overview
Seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to support green and roasted coffee sales in Dubai and across the UAE.
This is a customer-facing, field-based position.
Role activities
- Visit clients, prospect, attend meetings, present products, follow up with customers, provide samples and tastings, prepare quotations, and build relationships.
- Develop opportunities with roasteries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, traders, and hospitality groups.
Preferred background and knowledge
- Experience in specialty coffee, green coffee, roasted coffee, coffee sourcing, roasting, café operations, hospitality, or B2B sales is relevant.
- Knowledge of coffee origins, green-bean grades, coffee processing, roast profiles, espresso, and café coffee programmes is highly preferred.
- Applicants should be confident meeting customers, building business relationships, and developing new opportunities.
Location and employment
- Location: Dubai, UAE; sales coverage includes Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site; the work is described as field-based.
