Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our client's growing real estate team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, presenting property investment opportunities, and closing sales transactions.
  • The Sales Specialist will play a key role in achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Key Responsibilities* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up regularly to maximize conversions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • RequirementsEducation & Experience* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills & Competencies* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
