Sales Service Coordinator Engineering AMC

Role and location

AMC and customer service coordination

• Schedule and track AMC service activities and support timely delivery of engineering services.
• Work with sales, technical, and operations teams on proposals, documentation, service orders, and contract renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries, update service records, monitor contract performance, and support issue resolution.
• Prepare service activity reports, maintain accurate system data, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Prepare service level agreements and manage them throughout the AMC tenure.
• Coordinate warranty claims, after-sales service, technicians, and job orders.

Supply chain and delivery

• Prepare LPOs and coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, clearance agents, and shipping companies through delivery coordination on site.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of UAE experience managing AMCs is required.
• Strong service coordination and operations management skills, including AMC planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Customer service, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Basic technical understanding of engineering or maintenance services and technical knowledge of spare parts and consumables.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant CRM or ERP systems is specified.
• A relevant diploma or degree and prior service coordination or AMC experience in an engineering or technical environment are beneficial, not mandatory.
