Sales Revenue Specialist

Requirements/Qualifications

• · Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field
• · 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, revenue management, or a similar role
• · Experience working with large datasets and data-driven decision-making preferred
• · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• · Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously
• · Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• · Strong understanding of KPI management and business performance metrics that drive profitability
• · Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, formulas, macros, and Power Query
• · Familiarity with SQL or Access highly desired
• · Comfort using AI tools for workflow automation, reporting support, data summarization, and forecasting support
