Headquartered in the UAE, with clients in the UAE, Spain and the EU.
We're looking for a **Sales Representative** to open, demo and close brokerages and developers across the UAE.
On-site work based in Dubai (with Abu Dhabi coverage) for in-person meetings with brokerages and developer sales teams.
What you'll do
- Prospect real estate brokerages, off-plan developers and multi-branch agencies across the UAE (initial focus Dubai and Abu Dhabi).
- Run live demos of the AI agents and the admin panel. You're not selling an idea — you're selling a working product.
- Own the full cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → close → handoff to onboarding.
- Train the client on how to get value out of the platform (not just close and disappear).
- Keep your pipeline current in the CRM and feed the product team with real market feedback.
- What we're looking for
- **Experience selling software to the real estate sector**: CRMs (Property Finder CRM, PropSpace, MasterKey, Reidin, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) or tools for brokerages and developers. You know the real buyers (owner, sales director, head of marketing).
- **B2B SaaS sales track record** with short/medium cycles (SME and mid-market).
- Goal-oriented mindset. You're measured by pipeline and closed-won, not by meetings.
- Clear communication explaining technology to non-technical clients. If you don't understand what you sell, you won't sell it.
- Familiarity with UAE real estate dynamics: off-plan launches, portal leads, RERA/DLD regulation, broker cards, commission structures, owner habits.
- Based in Dubai (or Abu Dhabi) with a valid UAE residence visa, or ability to relocate, and willingness to travel for client visits within the UAE.
- Bonus points
- Having sold conversational AI, chatbots, WhatsApp Business or automation to brokerages or developers.
- Active network in the sector (brokerages, developers, RERA-licensed agents, associations).
- Arabic (spoken) in addition to English — a strong plus for local clients.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or equivalents (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
