Sales Representative & Trainer – Leadership Opportunity (In-Person | Local Territory)
Company: Compass Business Group Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 per year (Draw Pay + Commission + Bonuses) Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed) Employment Type: Full-Time | Independent Contractor

What You'll Do
Train, coach, and mentor new sales representatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners
Conduct individual and group presentations (from 1–100+ attendees)
Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and goals with professionalism
Collaborate with leadership to drive team growth and success
Build a personal book of business while ensuring client satisfaction

Licensed in Health & Life Insurance (or willing to obtain — we'll cover your licensing costs! )
