The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential members, showcasing the benefits of our fitness programs, and building strong customer relationships.
Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting gym tours, managing memberships, and achieving sales targets.
Additional responsibilities include updating customer records, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Experience in lead generation, outreach, and managing membership plans
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
