With five years of consulting heritage and 240+ corporate clients, we're scaling into a full-stack digital platform — and we're building the sales team to match.

The role

We're looking for a driven Sales Representative / Account Manager to own the full sales cycle — from qualified lead to closed deal — for our small and mid-sized accounts.

You'll carry an individual quota, grow a portfolio of clients, and turn pipeline into collected revenue.

This is a core revenue role with a clear path to Account Executive / Enterprise Sales.

What you'll do

  • Own and progress your pipeline from qualification to close, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quota.
  • Run needs analysis, deliver tailored demos, and prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals within approved pricing guardrails.
  • Grow existing accounts through retention, repeat business, and upsell / cross-sell.
  • Keep your pipeline accurate in our CRM (Odoo) and submit reliable weekly forecasts.
  • Move open quotations to a decision quickly — no deal left to stall.
  • Collaborate with our SDRs on lead handoff and senior sellers on larger deals.
  • What you'll bring
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience — construction, contracting, or industrial sectors a strong plus.
  • A proven record of hitting individual sales targets.
  • Fluent Arabic and good professional English.
  • Confident negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Disciplined CRM and pipeline-management habits (Odoo experience welcome).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration preferred.
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
