  • We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive capable of generating qualified leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing consulting contracts across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
  • Position Summary
  • The Senior B2B Business Development & Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets through prospecting, relationship building, client meetings, opportunity qualification, proposal follow-up, and contract closing.
  • The role requires strong experience in selling professional consulting services to business owners, CEOs, executives, government entities, and corporate clients.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
  • * Identify and engage potential clients across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
  • * Develop relationships with CEOs, General Managers, Quality Managers, PMO Directors, Compliance Managers, and Business Owners.
  • * Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, business communities, events, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
  • * Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

• Sales & Client Acquisition

  • * Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
  • * Understand client needs and business challenges.
  • * Present consulting solutions and service offerings.
  • * Coordinate with technical consultants for proposal preparation.
  • * Follow up on proposals and negotiations.
  • * Convert opportunities into signed contracts.
  • Account Management
  • * Maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • * Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

• CRM & Reporting

  • * Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities.
  • * Track sales activities and conversion rates.
  • * Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • * Monitor achievement against sales KPIs.

  • * Strong understanding of Saudi business culture and corporate decision-making processes.
