The employer is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative with knowledge of advertising and event management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients’ needs.
- Work under pressure and meet targets; resolve client inquiries and complaints.
- Expand business reach through networking and track areas for improvement.
- Meet sales goals by customizing marketing strategies for business or individual customers.
- Recommend changes to products, services, and policies based on results and competitive developments.
- Research previous campaigns and identify what worked and what could improve.
- Review event progress, adjust plans, and pitch ideas for new events as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in advertising and event management is required.
- Ability to build client rapport, negotiate, communicate effectively, prioritize, and multitask.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- One year of sales experience is preferred.
Pay and employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person; the role is outdoor sales.
