Role Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for selling ready nursery inventory to wholesale, landscape, and trade customers while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
This role works closely with harvest crews to fulfill orders on schedule, tracks inventory and pricing, and plays a key part in growing the sales pipeline for upcoming production seasons.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of wholesale sales experience; nursery or green industry experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of tree and shrub species and sizing.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
- Valid driver's license.
