Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Representative role is based in Jeddah and focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
The Sales Representative will proactively identify sales opportunities, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, and follow up on leads to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Daily activities include preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating terms within established guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
The role also involves maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
The Sales Representative will represent StarsPro at client visits, industry events, and other on-site activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Ability to identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and close deals in a structured, ethical manner.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, basic analytics, and Microsoft Office (or similar productivity software).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities on-site.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for working with local clients in Jeddah.
- Willingness to work on-site, meet clients in person, and travel locally within the Jeddah area as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
