Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative HORECA role based in Jiddah.
The Sales Representative will manage and grow a portfolio of HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering) customers, focusing on increasing product penetration and brand visibility, especially for GUSTO.
Daily tasks include visiting customers, presenting product ranges, negotiating prices and terms, and securing new orders.
The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
The Sales Representative will collaborate with the distribution and marketing teams to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and effective in-store or on-site execution, while accurately maintaining sales reports and customer records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field HORECA sector.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills with diverse customer profiles.
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop sales plans, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product features and value clearly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including planning daily customer visits and routes.
- Familiarity with basic sales reporting tools, CRM systems, or spreadsheets for tracking performance.
- Knowledge of the local Jiddah market and the Saudi HORECA landscape is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory on a daily basis.
- Ability to work independently, handle field challenges, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused attitude.
- Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is an advantage.
