About This Role

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team at ISON. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of hair products to salons, spas, and beauty professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities and build a client base in the beauty and wellness sector.

Present, promote, and sell our hair products to prospective clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Provide product knowledge and training to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or haircare industry.

Strong understanding of beauty and wellness trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

valid driving license is a must

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
