Role overview
Outside Sales role providing facility services solutions to customers in an assigned territory.
The role applies Cintas Sales Training Program learning in customer-facing B2B sales.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
- Use CRM to identify prospects, develop opportunities, and close new business.
- Achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
- Provide facility services solutions, products, and hands-on support to customers.
- Use cold calling, in-person selling, product demonstrations, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.
- Proficiency with MS Office, intranet/internet, and Contact Management System (CMS).
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Prior new-business B2B sales experience.
Compensation
- Estimated total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $150,000 per year, combining base salary and earned commissions.
- Compensation may include unlimited commission potential and a performance-based quarterly bonus.
