Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Sales Representative** to join our team and drive business growth in the engineering consulting and construction sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services and capabilities.
- Create and execute a sales plan targeting potential clients and market opportunities.
- Identify and approach new clients and present company services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and secure awarded projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals and project acquisition.
Requirements
- **Proven experience in the same or similar sales/business development role within an engineering consulting or construction firm (mandatory).**
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of bringing new projects and achieving business targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Arabic speaking is a must and Good comunication in English
Compensation
- **base salary + commission on awarded projects**.
