Role overview

Generate new revenue for Hellmann Worldwide Logistics through contact with new and existing customers in the UAE.

Represent the company in accordance with its guidelines, applicable laws, and respect for the UAE's diverse cultures.

About the job

  • Target transactional business opportunities across multiple products aligned with the local UAE strategy.
  • Pursue road freight sales opportunities and use a customer portfolio to support diverse selling capabilities.
  • Maintain proactive, high-standard customer communication and develop business with existing allocated customers.
  • Enter customer data into the reporting system.
  • Lead and drive all RFQs being handled.
  • Stay in contact with customers and coordinate support across departments to serve customer interests and improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other stakeholders working on the same accounts.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior freight-forwarding experience and road freight sales experience are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent communication skills.
