Key Responsibilities:
Maintain sales records daily and submit monthly & yearly closing reports to the sales team and sales manager.
Provide a variety of support services to the sales team, including documentation, reporting, proposals, order processes and deliveries.
Keep track of stocks , analyze operational performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure all operations meet quality and safety standards.
Coordination with the logistics department and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Daily analysis of targets and sales to monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer service.
Prepare and manage sales documents, including contracts, reports, and presentations.
Requirements:
Must have bachelor's degree in related field.
Must have excellent MS Excel Knowledge.
Must have 1-3 years experience in similar role in the cosmetics industry.
Must be available in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
