Overview
- The Aesthetic Sales Representative plays a key role in driving clinic growth by promoting aesthetic treatments, converting consultations into booked procedures, and providing an exceptional client experience.
- This role blends sales expertise with a passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.
- Sales & Conversion: Convert leads and consultations into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and consultative selling techniques.
- Consultation Support: Conduct client consultations, recommend suitable treatments and skincare products, and prepare pricing or financing options.
- Administrative Duties: Manage appointment scheduling, payments, and accurate record-keeping through CRM or booking systems.
- Clinic Support: Assist with reception duties, ensure the front area is clean and presentable, and support team operations.
- Performance Targeting: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
