Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials / Tile Trim Solutions
Location:** Dubai, UAE
About the Company
We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of **tile trims, metal profiles, expansion joints, and edge protection solutions** serving residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects across the UAE.
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, distributors, and building material traders.
- Promote and sell tile trims, metal profiles, expansion joints, skirting profiles, stair nosings, and related construction finishing products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical guidance to clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up to secure orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and payment collection.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **UAE sales experience in building materials, construction products, architectural finishes, metal profiles, tile accessories, or related industries preferred.**
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and provide solutions to clients.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

- Candidates with experience in any of the following will be given preference:
- Tile trims and tile accessories
- Aluminium and stainless-steel profiles
- Building materials
- Construction finishing products
- Architectural hardware
- Flooring and wall finishing solutions
