Overview
We are a leading building materials trading company based in Dubai, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team.
*Job Responsibilities:*
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
Travel across Abu Dhabi and all Northern Emirates to visit potential clients, project sites, and contractors.
Present and promote our products to meet monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
*Work Details:*
Employment Type: Full-time.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
Operating Area: Abu Dhabi and all Northern Emirates.
Company Location: Dubai.
*Compensation & Benefits:*
Salary Package: Base salary of 3,000 AED + 2% commission on the monthly sales target.
Total monthly earnings can reach up to 9,000 AED (depending on performance) as a beginning.
Visa: All residency visa costs are fully covered by the company.
*Requirements:*
Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle, as transportation and fuel expenses are currently the responsibility of the employee.
A proven track record in sales (experience in building materials is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Probation Period:*
The successful candidate will be subject to a 6-month probationary period.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
