We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our fast-growing car showroom in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious sales professionals who are passionate about automobiles and customer service and want to build a successful career in the automotive industry.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing an exceptional car-buying experience to customers.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight features, specifications, and benefits.
- Generate leads through walk-in customers, referrals, social media, online platforms, and networking activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and other sales-related documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery departments to ensure smooth vehicle handover.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure showroom vehicles are displayed professionally and maintained in excellent condition.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events to increase brand visibility and sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of used and new vehicle sales processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, confident, and professional in appearance and attitude.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Multilingual candidates (English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, or other languages) will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and delivering an exceptional sales experience
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Proven experience in Automotive Sales or a related field
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
- Proficiency in local and/or international automotive market trends is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages like Arabic is a plus
