Panorama Rent A Car is looking for an experienced and reliable Sales Representative to join our growing car rental business in Abu Dhabi.
We are looking for a candidate who can handle both sales and daily rental operations professionally, with strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customers, vehicles, rental contracts, and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online channels.
- Explain rental options, prices, terms, insurance, deposits, fines, tolls, and contract conditions clearly to customers.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and rental contracts.
- Prepare and issue rental agreements accurately.
- Collect rental payments, deposits, fines, Salik/DARB/toll fees, and other charges.
- Conduct vehicle handover and return inspections with proper photos and documentation.
- Monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, mileage, service needs, damages, and customer complaints.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, payments, overdue amounts, and vehicle returns.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, payments, customer documents, and vehicle status.
- Support daily fleet utilization and help increase bookings.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in car rental or a closely related automotive rental/leasing business.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Fluent in Arabic and English: speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer service attitude with the ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
- Good knowledge of rental contracts, customer documents, deposits, fines, tolls, damages, and payment collection.
- Able to use WhatsApp Business, email, basic computer systems, and rental/CRM software.
- Honest, organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and follow company procedures.
- Must be comfortable handling money, customer documents, and vehicle inspections.
Preferred Candidate
- Previous experience in Abu Dhabi car rental market.
- Existing knowledge of UAE rental customers, corporate clients, monthly rentals, and fleet operations.
- Ability to bring new customers and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong follow-up discipline for collections, renewals, and customer retention.
