The Sales Representative helps homeowners plan and purchase kitchen renovations.
The role guides customers from initial inquiry through design selection, estimates, and installation, coordinating with design and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Meet homeowners to understand needs, style preferences, budget, and project timelines.
- Present kitchen products, materials, finishes, and design options.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with leads, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
- Coordinate with designers, installers, suppliers, and project managers.
- Maintain customer records and sales pipeline information.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Provide service before, during, and after installation.
Qualifications
- Sales, customer service, or home improvement experience is preferred.
- Kitchen, remodeling, cabinetry, or interior design experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain products clearly.
- Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Estimating, CRM software, or design tools familiarity is an advantage.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed if customer-site visits are required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 12,000–15,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
