Overview

TT PSC is looking for a talented Sales Representative, hardworking individual with great energy and knowledge of United Arab Emirates market specifics and customers to join our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to customers to understand their requirements and identify potential opportunities for increased annual reoccurring revenue and application adoption.
  • Assist renewals team with quoting to ensure accuracy, negotiating with customer when needed, and identifying opportunities for multi-year renewal agreements throughout year.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to inbound customer requests and internal communications. Build strong relationships by maintaining regular communication and resolving any potential areas of dissatisfaction
  • Leverage MEDDIC or similar metodology to identify adoption opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and management to create sales strategies for key opportunities.
  • Communicate solutions (License & services) and pricing details clearly and promote new products/services in coordination.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM record on assigned accounts (e.g., employee size, customer contacts, renewal opportunities, upsell forecast).

Our Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • **Minimum 2-5 years sales experience in an account management role in BDM, KAM, Sales person in services Company who delivered solution for Production f.x ( CAD, PLM, ALM, IoT, MES ) or other solution dedicated to production process.**
  • **Local presence (United Arab Emirates) for at least 5 years**
  • **Excellent written and spoken English skills**
  • Self-starter, results driven, motivated, creative, and resourceful.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver results on customer's behalf. Build up and maintain sustainable, professional client relations with industry accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts & Track sales performance.
  • Stimulating and coaching Industry 4.0 customers with a view to achieving the set sales targets. You formulate targets and objectives and monitor the team spirit.
  • Collaborate closely with the Industry Team and other stakeholders of the TT PSC to participate into formulation and communication of commercial strategy towards clients.
  • Identify product portfolio opportunities considering sales, profit and innovation goals.
  • Communicate relevant customer and competitor info systematically within Industry sales team.
  • Identify customer-driven opportunities to innovate new products that bring value to our customers.
