We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Person (Female) who is fluent in Arabic to join our team.

نبحث عن موظفة مبيعات/موظفة استقبال طموحة وذات دافع عالي وتتحدث اللغة العربية بطلاقة للانضمام إلى فريقنا.

Responsibilities / المسؤوليات

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
  • البحث عن فرص مبيعات جديدة وتطوير الأعمال.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services professionally.
  • عرض والترويج وبيع المنتجات / الخدمات بشكل احترافي.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والمساهمة في نمو الشركة.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with clients.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمبيعات والمتابعة مع العملاء.
  • Greet members with a warm and friendly smile.
  • creating a positive first impression.
  • Process membership check-in and answer phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage member accounts, including clear data entries, updating information, and scheduling appointments by using gym software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
  • Provide basic product information and answer member questions about classes and services.
  • Schedule tours and promote upcoming events and workshops.
  • Uphold a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a sense of community among members.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
  • Skills & Qualifications / المهارات والمؤهلات:
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role.
  • خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات أو مجال مشابه.
  • Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus).
  • إجادة اللغة العربية (اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
