Who We Are
Merse is a digital growth studio based in Mumbai.
We build high-performance websites, run paid media campaigns, manage SEO/AEO, and set up analytics systems that help businesses grow online.
We are a young agency, and we are intentionally expanding into Dubai.
We see a real gap in the market.
Real estate companies in the UAE are spending heavily on ads and portals but their websites, lead funnels, and digital infrastructure often don't match that spend.
That's the exact problem we solve.
And we are already doing it.
We currently work with businesses in the real estate space and understand the industry's specific challenges from the inside.

The Opportunity
- We are looking for someone in Dubai who:
- Already has connections inside the real estate space, developers, brokers, boutique agencies, property management firms
- Enjoys a conversation and knows how to get in front of the right people
- Wants to earn on the side without being tied to a schedule or a manager
- There are no hours.
- No targets.
- No pressure.
- You work when you want, with whoever you want to approach.
- The only thing that matters to us is this: Can you get us in a room with someone who makes or influences decisions?
- If yes, we take it from there.
What You Actually Do
One thing.
You identify real estate businesses in Dubai that could benefit from better digital infrastructure and you set up a meeting between them and the Merse team.
That's it.
We handle the pitch, the proposal, the pricing, and the delivery.
You make the introduction and step back.
What You Earn
A lucrative commission on every project that closes from your introduction, and a recurring monthly commission for as long as that client stays with us.
One client that stays on a retainer pays you every single month, without you doing anything additional after the introduction.
The structure is straightforward, transparent, and worth your time if you have the right connections.
The Right Fit
- This works well if you are:
- A real estate professional, broker, or consultant already connected in the Dubai market
- Someone in sales or business development looking for additional income on your own terms
- A networker who regularly meets developers, agency owners, or marketing decision-makers
- Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working without hand-holding
- Someone with a basic understanding of website development and digital marketing services such as SEO, paid ads, and CRO, enough to have a confident first conversation with a client
- This does not work if you are looking for a salary, a structured role, or leads to be handed to you.
- You bring the connections.
