We’re inviting a small set of
Referral Partners (Commission-Only)
to help us connect with organizations that have ongoing hiring needs.
Referral Partner (Commission-Only) – MacroHire
This is a simple referral role.
You share warm leads from your network—ideally from your
own organization’s HR team
or from companies that hire Sales or Tech talent regularly.
We handle everything else: outreach, pitching, closing, and delivery.
One strong, repeat client is far more valuable than multiple one-off leads.
What You’ll Do
- Share
- 1–2 warm leads per month
- from your network
- Priority:
- Your own company’s HR or talent team
- Organizations with consistent Sales or Tech hiring needs
- Share brief details only:
- Company name
- Contact (e.g., HR head, talent lead)
- Hiring context (e.g., Sales reps, Tech developers, scale or frequency)
- Track referrals via email or a simple shared sheet
