Key Responsibilities

  • Convert warm leads into qualified buyers and committed investors
  • Conduct high‑impact property presentations and closing‑focused consultations
  • Negotiate offers, secure commitments, and finalize transactions
  • Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active prospects and follow‑up sequences
  • Analyze ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and investment potential
  • Work closely with sales agents, marketing teams, and developers to accelerate deal flow
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and adhere to company sales processes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a **closer** in real estate or high‑ticket sales
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal‑closing skills
  • Ability to handle objections and guide clients toward confident decisions
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, French, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
