Job Description
- Develop high-quality, customized sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses aligned with client requirements
- Partner closely with the sales team to understand client needs and craft winning solution narratives
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, demos, and executive meetings
- Translate product features into clear value propositions tailored to education stakeholders
- Manage proposal timelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
- Maintain and update proposal templates, content libraries, and reusable assets
- Support bid strategy, pricing inputs, and documentation for tenders and large deals
- Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen positioning and messaging
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, bid management, or sales proposal development (preferably in EdTech)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating executive-level presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is a must
- Proven ability to translate complex solutions into clear, persuasive content
- Experience working with sales teams across multiple regions (Middle East / North Africa preferred)
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
