Job Title: Property Advisor / Real Estate Sales Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Advisor to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the local property market.
Candidates must possess a valid driving license and own a car.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Negotiate offers and close sales and leasing transactions.
- Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and industry developments.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and necessary documentation.
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Valid driving license.
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
