Sales Promoter - Freelance VISA

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Etisalat (e&) products and services, including mobile plans, internet packages, devices, and add-ons.
• Approach and assist customers proactively, identifying their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers clearly and convincingly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Etisalat offerings, promotions, and competitors.
• Assist with product displays, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Process customer applications, registrations, and transactions accurately.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous experience at Etisalat/Du/Virgin as Sales Promoter is required
• Have own VISA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of telecom products and technology.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
