Job Summary:
A senior-level sales position for experienced professionals who can drive sales performance, mentor junior staff, and take ownership of brand representation. You will lead sales initiatives, optimize in-store displays, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts to exceed assigned targets through advanced selling techniques and customer relationship management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve brand visibility and product placement in-store
• Mentor and guide Sales Promoter I staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product positioning
• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with store management to plan promotional activities and product launches
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on Anker's full product range
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management
• Ensure premium brand presentation and maintain high merchandising standards
• Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in electronics or brand promotion
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics and mobile accessories
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficient in sales reporting and basic analytics
