Role overview

Duties

• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Explain and demonstrate products, services, features, and benefits in line with customer needs.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information.
• Deliver courteous service and help resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Create a positive buying experience and brand image.
• Maintain floor stock, displays, and pricing.
• Track sales and send related reports to line managers daily.
• Sell telecom and IT accessories and demonstrate promoted products.

Candidate requirements

• At least one year of retail sales experience is required; the description also specifies at least two years as a retail sales promoter selling mobile accessories.
• English is required.
• Retail experience is recommended.
• Confident presentation and customer communication skills.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate strong observation skills.

Pay

• AED 3,200–3,500 per month is stated in the description.
